- All persons making an application online on behalf of an association must ensure the prior authorization of their president or executive committee. The Ministry will therefore not be held responsible in any case of litigation thereof.
- All applicants must ensure that the online application form is filled in with the correct information. The Ministry will not be held responsible for any delays for the confirmation of stays at recreation centres, as a consequence of wrong information provided on the online application forms.
Disclaimer notice following confirmation of stays at recreation centre:
- All confirmed stays proposed to individuals and associations at any recreation centre may be modified, postponed, shifted to another recreation centre or cancelled by the Ministry in cases of emergencies and unforeseen events such as bad weather, urgent repairs and renovation works at any recreation centre/s.
